Overview

Di-8-ANEPPS is a fast-responding, voltage-sensitive dye from the ANEP family. It binds to cell membranes and fluoresces when electrical potential changes, making it great for tracking membrane potential in neurons, cardiac cells, and other excitable cells. Its high lipophilicity makes it ideal for long-term studies and ratiometric measurements.
