Overview

Atractylenolide I is a sesquiterpenoid found in the rhizome of Atractylodes macrocephala. Atractylenolide I ameliorates sepsis syndrome by reduction of pro-inflammatory cytokines and LPS, and provides an improvement in liver and kidney functions.
