Overview

Azido-PEG4-PFP ester is a click reagent containing an azide group and a PFP moiety. The azide group enables Click Chemistry. The PFP ester is can be used to label the primary amines (-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules, comparing with NHS ester, PFP ester is more stable..
