Overview

t-boc-N-amido-PEG5-azide is N-Boc protected crosslinker. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. the compound can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage.
