Overview

t-Boc-N-amido-PEG11-amine is a water soluble PEG linker containing an amino group and Boc-protected amino group. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The amino group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde) etc. The Boc group can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions.
