Overview

Sulfo-Cy7 amine is water soluble cyanine containing a free amine group, which can be conjugated with a variety of functionalities, including NHS esters, and epoxides. This NIR dye amine can be used to derivate various targets by the reaction with electrophilic groups, and also by enzymatical reactions involving transamination.
