Ald-Ph-PEG12-TFP ester

Overview

Ald-Ph-PEG12-TFP ester is an amine reactive PEGreagent. The TFP ester can be reacted with primary amine groups and is also less susceptible to undergo hydrolysis compared to NHS ester. The benzaldehdye can react with aminooxy-bering molecules. The hydrophilic PEG chain increases the water solubility of compounds.
