Overview

Propargyl-PEG1-SS-PEG1-propargyl is a homoebifunctional cleavable PEG linker containing two propargyl groups and a disulfide bond. The propargyl group can be reacted with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules via copper catalyzed azide-alkyne Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage.
