N-(Azido-PEG2)-N-Fluorescein-PEG3-acid is a fluorescein dye linker containing a terminal azide group and a terminal carboxylic acid. The azide group enables PEGylation via Click Chemistry. The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amino groups in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or HATU) to form a stable amide bond. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.
