Overview

Methyltetrazine-PEG12-Acid is a click chemistry PEG reagent, which can couple with amine-containing compound or macromolecule in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or HATU) to form a stable amide bond. Methyltetrazine enable fast click chemistry with TCO ((trans-cycloctene) under mild condition.
