Overview

PEG8-Ms is a PEG linker containing a mesyl group and a hydroxyl group. The mesyl group is a good leaving group for nucleophilic substitution reactions. The hydroxyl group enables further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.
