Boc-NH-Tri-(carbonylethoxymethyl)-methane

Overview

Boc-NH-Tri-(carbonylethoxymethyl)-methane is a branched PEG linker with a Boc-protected amino and three terminal carboxilic acid groups. The Boc group can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions to form the free amine. The terminal carboxylic acid groups can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or HATU) to form a stable amide bond. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.
