BP Lipid 114

Overview

BP Lipid 114 is an amino-ionizable lipid developed for comparison with SM-102 in LNP formulations. The ethanolamine head helps with mRNA encapsulation. The ester bonds are located at C6 and C8 position relative to the amine nitrogen. The introduction of ester linkages can improve the clearance of the lipid in the liver.
