DY-680-NHS ester

Overview

DY-680-NHS ester is an amine reactive hydrophilic fluorochrome. It can be conjugated to an antibody with higher D/P ratio without causing fluorescence quenching and conjugate precipitation, and it is widely used in applications including western blotting, microscopy, flow cytometry, and cell-based assays.
