Overview

DBCO-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE is a precursor of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs). It contains a protease-sensitive Val-Cit dipeptide, DBCO group, and a MMAE payload that functions as a synthetic antineoplastic agent. DBCO group is a highly reactive cycloalkyne which is commonly used for copper-free Click Chemistry reactions.
