Mes-PEG2-CH2-t-butyl ester

Overview

Mes-PEG2-CH2-t-butyl ester is a PEG linker consisting of a PEG2 linker for improved water-solubility of the compound and a t-butyl ester group which can be deprotected under acidic conditions. The mesylate is an excellent leaving group, offering all the advantages without the limitation of having an acidic proton that could react with nucleophiles.
