Obefazimod

Overview

Obefazimod (ABX464) is a potent anti-HIV agent. Obefazimod inhibits HIV-1 replication in stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) with an IC 50 ranging between 0.1 μM and 0.5 μM.
