Overview

BMS-961955 is an orally active inhibitor of HCV NS5B polymerase. BMS-961955 exhibits potent inhibitory activity against HCV genotype 1 (GT-1a/1b) replicons with EC 50 s of 4.3 nM and 7.9 nM, respectively. BMS-961955 can be used for the study of HCV infection .
