CUDC-101

Overview

CUDC-101 is a potent inhibitor of HDAC , EGFR , and HER2 with IC 50 s of 4.4, 2.4, and 15.7 nM, respectively. CUDC-101 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
