Elarofiban diTFA is the salt form of Elarofiban ( HY-10315 ) with two TFA. Elarofiban diTFA is a nonpeptide, orally active antagonist for fibrinogen receptor α IIb β 3 (GPIIb/IIIa) , with an IC 50 of 0.15 nM. Elarofiban diTFA has the potential for platelet mediated thrombotic disorders research.
