Overview

PIT-1 (Standard) is the analytical standard of PIT-1. This product is intended for research and analytical applications. PIT-1 is a selective PIP3 (phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate) antagonist. PIT-1 inhibits cancer cell survival and induces apoptosis by inhibition of PIP3 dependent PI3K / Akt signaling.
