Overview

EGFR/ErbB-2/ErbB-4 inhibitor-3 (compound 29) is a potent tyrosine kinase inhibitor with IC 50 s of 0.3, 1.1, 0.5, 2.5, 24 nM for erbB1, erbB2, erbB4, EGF , HER, respectively. EGFR/ErbB-2/ErbB-4 inhibitor-3 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
