Overview

Cobicistat -d8 (GS-9350-d8) is a deuterated version of Cobicistat ( HY-10493 ). Cobicistat is a potent and selective inhibitor of cytochrome P450 3A (CYP3A) with IC 50 values of 30-285 nM. Cobicistat is a pharmacokinetic enhancer that enhances the absorption of anti-HIV active molecules.
