Overview

AZT-P-ddI is an antiviral heterodimer composed of Zidovudine (AZT) ( HY-17413 ) and Didanosine (ddI) ( HY-B0249 ). AZT-P-ddI shows inhibitory effect against HIV-1 with an EC 50 of 0.14 nM. AZT-P-ddI can be used for the research of infection .
