Heliquinomycin

Overview

Heliquinomycin is an inhibitor of DNA helicase ( K i : 6.8 μM) and inhibits DNA and RNA synthesis. Heliquinomycin is effective against Gram-positive bacteria strains. Heliquinomycin inhibits cancer cell growth.
