MDL 27032

Overview

MDL 27032 is an active site-directed inhibitor of protein kinase C ( PKC ) and cAMP-dependent protein kinase ( PKA ) with K i values of 24 and 14.3μM. MDL 27032 can relaxe vascular smooth muscle and can be used as vasodilator.
