Overview

YM-750 is a potent acyl-CoA:cholesterol acyltransferase ( ACAT ) inhibitor ( IC 50 =0.18 μM). ACAT catalyzes the formation of cholesteryl esters from cholesterol and long-chain fatty-acyl-coenzyme A.
