Overview

DY268 is a farnesoid X receptor ( FXR ) antagonist ( IC 50 =7.5 nM). It inhibits FXR transactivation in a cell-based assay with an IC 50 value of 468 nM. DY268 can be used in the study of drug-induced liver injury (DILI).
