Cymarin

Overview

Cymarin, a cardiac glycoside, potently inhibits the Palytoxin (PTX)-induced K + release ( IC 50 =0.42 μM). Cymarin reveals an antitumor activity against breast cancer and pancreatic cancer . Cymarin exhibits antifeedant and growth inhibitory effects as crop protectant.
