| Uses | 2-[(oxolan-2-yl)methoxy]ethan-1-ol (cas# 5831-59-4) is used in the preparation of 2-?[(heterocyclyloxy)?phenoxy]?propanoates as herbicides. It is also used in the preparation of radiopaque polymers as liquid emoblics in therapetuci emboisation, and in preparation of purine derivatives which induce human interferon α. |
