Amastatin hydrochloride is a slow, tight binding, competitive aminopeptidase (AP) inhibitor with K i values of 0.26 nM, 30 nM, 52 nM for Aeromonas aminopeptidase , cytosolic leucine aminopeptidase , microsomal aminopeptidase .
