Bisdionin C

Overview

Bisdionin C is a potent GH18 chitinases inhibitor, with an IC 50 of 0.2 μM for A. fumigatus ChiB1 ( Af ChiB1). Bisdionin C inhibits HCHT (human macrophage chitotriosidase) and acidic mammalian chitinase (AMCase) with IC 50 s of 8.3 and 3.4 μM, respectively.
