Overview

(Rac)-SC-31391, a prostaglandin analog, is a strong activator of the bladder muscle contractility that enhanced twitch responses elicited by field stimulation in the guinea pig detrusor muscle. (Rac)-SC-31391 contracts human bladder muscle through the activation of PGF 2α receptors .
