RU-505

Overview

RU-505 is an effective β-amyloid ( Aβ )-fibrinogen interaction inhibitor with IC 50 s of 5.00 and 2.72 μM in fluorescence polarization ( FP ) and AlphaLISA assays, respectively. RU-505 is highly permeable to the BBB. RU-505 reduces cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA). RU-505 can be used for the research of Alzheimer’s disease (AD).
