BO-1165

Overview

BO-1165 is an antibiotic with good antibacterial activity against Gram-negative bacteria, but almost no activity against Gram-positive bacteria and anaerobic bacteria. BO-1165 has high antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa ( MIC 50 =3.12 mg/L) and P. cepacia ( MIC 50 =1.56 mg/L).
