A110 is the inhibitor for Cryptosporidium parvum inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase ( CpIMPDH ). A110 inhibits CpIMPDH in Toxoplasma gondii with IC 50 of 18 nM. A110 exhibits pro-parasitic efficacy and cause parasitemia.
