Overview

NSC1011 is a potent Ras converting enzyme 1 endoprotease (Rce1) inhibitor with an IC 50 value of 6.9 µM for HsRce1 (crystal structure of the human Rce1). NSC1011 induces mislocalizing EGFR-H-Ras, EGFR-N-Ras, and EGFR-K-Ras.
