Overview

(3S,5S,6R)-Navtemadlin is the isomer of Navtemadlin ( HY-12296 ), and can be used as an experimental control. Navtemadlin (AMG 232) is a potent, selective and orally available inhibitor of p53-MDM2 interaction, with an IC 50 of 0.6 nM. Navtemadlin binds to MDM2 with a K d of 0.045 nM.
