ABD-1970

Overview

ABD-1970 is a selective monoacylglycerol lipase ( MAGL ) inhibitor with IC 50 s of 15 nM and 29 nM for human and mouse MAGL , respectively. ABD-1970 shows selectivity for MGLL over other members of the serine hydrolase class. ABD-1970 has the potential for the study of neurological disorders.
