BP-1-108

Overview

BP-1-108 is a selective inhibitor of STAT5 ( K i =8.3 μM) with anticancer activity. BP-1-108 induces apoptosis of leukemia cells by inhibiting the phosphorylation of STAT5 . BP-1-108 can be used in the study of acute myeloid leukemia and prostate cancer .
