Iso-​H7 dihydrochloride

Overview

Iso-​H7 dihydrochloride is an inhibitor of protein kinase with IC 50 values of 22 and 34 μM to PKC and PKA respectively. Iso-H7 dihydrochloride has negative control of PKA on satellite cell myogenesis.
