Archangelicin

Overview

Archangelicin is an inhibitor for cAMP-phosphodiesterase ( cAMP-PDE ) with IC 50 >400 μM. Archangelicin inhibits nuclear factor of activated T cell ( NFAT ) with IC 50 of 9 μM. Archangelicin exhibits antitumor and anti-inflammatory.
