Overview

Tisolagiline methylsulfate (KDS2010) is the selective, reversible and orally active inhibitor for MAO-B with an IC 50 of 8 nM. Tisolagiline methylsulfate exhibits neuroprotective and anti-neuroinflammatory activities.
