Overview

SAG hydrochloride is a potent Smoothened ( Smo ) receptor agonist ( EC 50 =3 nM; K d =59 nM). SAG hydrochloride activates the Hedgehog signaling pathway and counteracts Cyclopamine ( HY-17024 ) inhibition of Smo .
