RB-005

Overview

RB-005 is a selective inhibitor of sphingosine kinase 1 ( SK1 ) ( IC 50 =3.6 µM), with weaker inhibition of another isoenzyme, SK2. The selective inhibition of RB-005 helps to distinguish the biological functions and roles of SK1 and SK2, which can be used in the study of inflammatory diseases and cancer .
