Overview

LY125180 is a serotonin uptake inhibitor. LY125180 competitively inhibits the uptake of serotonin and norepinephrine by cortical synaptosomes and of dopamine by striatal synaptosomes, with K i values of 0.06 μM, 2.2 μM and 2.5 μM respectively.
