Overview

VHC-7 is a potent and selective adenylyl cyclase type 8 ( AC8 ) agonist, with an EC 50 value of 105.2 nM. VHC-7 increases cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) levels. VHC-7 can be used for the study of central nervous system disorders and heart diseases.
