EC144

Overview

EC144 is a potent and selective inhibitor of heat shock protein 90 ( Hsp90 ) with an IC 50 of 1.1 nM. EC144 inhibits tumor growth and causes partial tumor regressions. EC144 has the potential for the research of cancer diseases. EC144 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
