Indophagolin

Overview

Indophagolin is a potent, indoline-containing autophagy inhibitor ( IC 50 =140 nM). Indophagolin antagonizes the purinergic receptor P2X 4 as well as P2X 1 and P2X 3 with IC 50 s of 2.71, 2.40 and 3.49 μM, respectively. Indophagolin also antagonizes the G q -protein-coupled P2Y 4 , P2Y 6 , and P2Y 11 receptors (IC 50 s =3.4~15.4 μM). Indophagolin has a strong antagonistic effect on serotonin receptor 5-HT 6 (IC 50 =1.0 μM) and a moderate effect on receptors 5-HT 1B , 5-HT 2B , 5-HT 4e , and 5-HT 7 .
