Overview

USP7-IN-8 (example 81) is a selective ubiquitin-specific protease 7 ( USP7 ) inhibitor with an IC 50 of 1.4 μM in an Ub-Rho110 assay. USP7-IN-8 shows no activity against USP47 and USP5. USP7-IN-8 has anticancer effects.
